Our C60 in MCT coconut oil comes from a combination of organic solid unrefined and organic liquid fractionated (MCT) oils.
The oils used are certified organic by both the USDA and ECO-CERT. The solid unrefined oil is virgin cold pressed oil.
We combine this premium organic oil with 99.99% pure, solvent free carbon 60 in order to produce the highest quality C60 organic MCT coconut oil.

C60 was a relatively unknown, newly discovered form of carbon which has become very popular since the life extending properties of this molecule were published in 2012.
C60 is the most powerful antioxidant known and mops up free radicals which when in excess, damage the body’s tissues. When dissolved in edible oils it can be safely taken and absorbed by the body.

What does MCT coconut oil with carbon 60 taste like?
Our carbon 60 in MCT coconut oil has a very pleasant, light, coconut taste with a creamy smooth consistency. It makes taking C60 really easy. The oil has a bright purple colour, unlike the various ruby and magenta colours of our other oils.

Both our MCT coconut oil and unrefined coconut oil are ECO-CERT and USDA certified organic. We use a combination of the two oils in order to increase the amount of C60 we can dissolve in each bottle of oil. Carbon 60 does not dissolve as much in coconut oil as our other oils. In an attempt to overcome this, we experimented by adding unrefined (solid) coconut oil to the MCT oil to see if we could boost the amount of C60 that would dissolve in the mixture. We were able to dissolve 53mg of C60 per 100ml of oil and still keep the oil liquid at room temperature. Our experiments tell us that any claims of more than 60mg of C60 per 100ml of coconut oil should be treated with suspicion.
